- Old in.ftpd
-
This is a port of an earlier version of in.ftpd. This version logs
all uses of ftp into your machine and pays extra close attention
when someone logs in via anonymous ftp, logging a great deal of
info via syslogd. It includes updates to /usr/include/arpa/*.h files
for A/UX 2.0, 2.0.1 and 3.0.x. Globbing in this version is fixed.
The WUARCHIVE ftpd-server is better :)
- sendmail 5.65
-
This is a port of sendmail ver 5.65 for A/UX. If you are running an
older version of A/UX, this updates sendmail to 5.65. It's also
useful for later A/UX's since it's been hacked to look in /etc/hosts
for hostname/IP-address info if the nameserver can't find any, which
is very useful!
- smail 3.1.28 patches for A/UX
-
Tar package that contains patches and suggestions to be applied
to smail 3.1.28 to compile for use under A/UX. smail is an
_excellent_ replacement for sendmail. You can snag the complete
source from ftp.uu.net in pub/networking/mail.

big difference is that it logs all finger requests via the syslogd
daemon.
- gated-2.1 Patches
-

distribution for A/UX. Tested under A/UX 2.0.1 but will most
probably work with later versions.

and with all needed files to run it "right away" on your system.
Be sure to read the included AUX_README file though...

-
BSD/Reno version of 'inetd' ported for A/UX 3.x.x. Includes some
very nice features such as running daemons as any user, passing

a SIGHUP signal. Newer version will also try to read inetd.conf if
servers doesn't exist and provides host access control a.la. tcpd
(tcp_wrappers). Ported|maintained by Jim Jagielski.
- ntalk.tar.gz
-
Port of the "new" (BSD 4.3) versions of talk and talkd. The are
created as "ntalk" and "ntalkd" so that you don't loose previous
compatibility. Port by Steve Green (xrsbg@dirac.gsfc.nasa.gov).

- Replacement syslogd for A/UX
-
Replacement of syslogd (and syslog.h) for A/UX. Needed since
A/UX's syslogd doesn't handle 'news' facility very well :)
Based on BSD/Reno version - ported by Jim Jagielski.
- tcp_wrappers
-
Port of Wietse Venema (wietse@wzv.win.tue.nl) tcp_wrappers for
A/UX 3.1(.1)
- WUARCHIVE FTPD server for A/UX

(wu-ftpd) for A/UX. Lots of neat extras: recommended! Requires 'gcc'
to compile.

featured server that keeps you clock in sync with various clocks
on the net... easy to maintain 20ms accuracy.
